On his spare time, writes articles in national and local Dominican Republic newspaper and magazines. Koldo’s emphasis on customer service and dedication to ethics, integrity and professionalism propels the Agency and its agents as the Bavaro- Punta Cana Real Estate of choice.
Koldo handles all the details for getting the transactions closed, and is also responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office. That encompasses handling of all contracts, listing agreements, document verification and tenant screening.
