Tenant and Occupancy- Understanding the needs of the tenants is important. Getting them to move in is only the beginning. As property managers, we respond to their requests, monitor lease requirements, collect rent in a timely manner, and continually assess the tenants' satisfaction of the property's amenities.
A rental property can be nicely designed and in a desired area, but it will not be a profitable rental property if not managed properly.
Effective tenant management involves:

Copies of Title and purchase contract.

Copies of Passports or Cedula of Property Owners, as listed on the title or contract. If property was purchased by a company, you must submit a copy of the 'Registro Mercantil' that shows the person signing as the 'President' of the company.
2. Our visit and property evaluation.
3. Signed copy of management agreement.
