Cana areas of the Dominican Republic, today announced the new addition
of a partner, to expand its global presence and sales efforts.
Koldo Mirena Ucedo, will assume the role of
Marketing and Managing Partner of Punta Cana Lifestyle Real Estate,
effective immediately. In this role, he will be responsible for the
company's Marketing operations, specifically in the Spanish and Latin
American Markets, which include coordinating with collaborators and
Co-Brokers.
Ucedo, from San Sebastian in Spain, has been contemplating his move for
years, but made a permanent move to the Dominican Republic last year,
when he discovered the untapped opportunities in the Dominican Real
Estate Market, specifically in Bavaro-Punta Cana.

Ucedo holds an MBA in Business Administration, from the Universidad de
Mondragon in Spain, and has a solid background in the Banking Industry
and Marketing Industry.
